I have a move coming up on 26 Jun. I need empty and loaded weight ticket immediately after the equipment is loaded. Do I talk to the driver when he/she arrives about my request/concern.

Actually, you need to call your relocation specialist at 800-876-6839 and let them know to mark the file as "weight tickets needed". The driver will then provide you with them at destination.
