Once the load arrives at my destination, how long do we have to unload the truck? We are moving from CT to CA and in CA may need a day or two to unload.

The time depends on how much space you have ordered on the truck. The more space you use, the more time you have to work. We allow ample time for all shipments.

Loading and unloading time depends on how much space you have used on the truck. We do not leave the trucks overnight. So we generally expect them to be unloaded when the driver arrives.

The drivers are not allowed to help with loading and unloading. There are several labor companies that can get you good-quality help for the loading and/or unloading. For a small load like that we would have the truck stay there for up to four hours.

It all depends on how much space you have ordered. The more space that you order, the more time you are allowed to load. If you need more time, just indicate that need with your rep when you are booking your truck and they will help you get that set up.

We are moving a very small amount of furniture and approx 20-25 boxes of household items from Michigan to Florida. The condo complex we are moving to does not allow cubes or truck parking overnight. Can it be arranged to have the truck unloaded by us while the driver waits?
