How many sq feet does the 6ft of the truck give?
How long do I have to load and unload the truck?

The moving trucks are 8.5ft wide and 9ft tall. The quote that you got was for 6ft in length at the above dimensions.

For a shipment that small, we would plan on leaving the moving truck for 4 hours for you to load. Of course, if you need more time it is available. Simply let your relocation specialist know when you book your order.

i am moving from indianapolils to seattle. i will not be moving any furniture, only the remaining contents of 1 bedroom/1 bath and a very small amt. of miscellanious things. what is the easiest/cost friendly option for me?

Need to move a queen size bed and eight 2' X 2'X 2' square moving boxes (clothes, records, dvd's, cd's, misc junk). Can you provide good estimate? Move from Brooklyn NY to Westerville OH - pick up stuff in NY ny day between the 15th and 30th of April.

I'll be moving to Bronx, NY from San Antonio, TX. I don't have furniture to move, I just need maybe 10 boxes moved. 5 small and 5 medium size Uhaul boxes. Is there anything you can recommend?

You should absolutely use UPS for that size shipment. Take your boxes to your local UPS store and they will ship them at the most competitive rate. Using Movex for that kind of shipment is swatting flies with an elephant gun. If you have furniture AND boxes, Movex can't be beat. Just boxes, go with UPS.

I did the estimator, and I think that 3 linear feet will be enough. I had asked for a quote for a studio apartment, not knowing that we could do it a different way. How do I change my request for an estimate.

Do you think that with a 3/4 brdm house, a two car garage and one vehicle would all store completely in one truck?? If so, would that change the pricing?

The moving vans that we use are 53' long, 8.5ft wide, and 9ft high inside. This is the largest commercial vehicle available for moving. To answer your question, you would probably completely fill the moving truck if you included your car with the shipment. If you pack your furniture tightly, it should leave enough room to fit everything described above as long as your home is not extremely heavily furnished. We would be swatting flies with an elephant gun if you utilized our service for your small shipment (meaning that the price would be more than the mattress is worth). We suggest going to the UPS store for 1 piece shipments like that. If you have several furniture items, renting space on a moving truck is the way to go.
