We are moving form vancouver wa to grand prairie tx, in our way we want to stop to several places, we have kids and want to take it easy on them, how soon our staff will get there?? can you delay our staff for a while??? how safe would be our staff then?? and aprox the stimate??

There really isn't an effective way to delay your shipment without putting it into storage. Unless you are going to be taking a very long time indeed, that really isn't a good option. It will take us about 5 days to get your goods from WA to TX.

If I am planning on driving my car on a long distance move from Chicago to Charlotte (13hrs), how much time would the truck give me to reach my destination before them? Would they be leaving right after we loaded?

Yes, they will leave right after you load. The truck will give you plenty of time to reach your destination. We might also be loading other shipments onto it, which would slow it down by a day or two.

It takes about 1 day per 500 miles of distance travelled for transit time. You need to take into consideration that there will probably be more than one customer on each truck, so arrival times vary. The number of days it takes to arrive depends on the size of the shipment and the distance travelled. Any of our relocation specialists can help you with narrowing that window.

Once you shipment is dispatched, your driver should be able to tell with with great accuracy when he will be arriving.

When the shipment arrives, does it have to be unloaded immediately? ie: arrive at night? I need my shipment to arrive for unloading on a Saturday. How best can I get that type of schedule?

We won't have you unload after business hours. We would generally wait until the next morning unless you had a special request. To narrow down your delivery window to one day, you would need to order the entire moving van for your personal use. Check with your relocation specialist as this is often not anywhere near as expensive as it sounds.
