I am moving from Miami, FL to Austin, TX in July and plan to use Movex. How long should I anticipate the truck needing to get to Austin? Will the exact delivery date be known ahead of time?

Again, you can count on a travel rate for the moving truck of 550 miles per day. So it will take about 3 days to get from Miami to Austin. How long will it take to get from AZ to NH if I am finished packing it up on 6/30/08?

You can count on the moving truck travelling 550 miles a day. So transit time on your move will be approximately 5 to 6 days. The date of delivery will be determined by the order of other shipments no the vehicle.

The moving vans are going to travel approximately 500 miles a day. The amount of time that it takes for your particular shipment will depend on in which order you are loaded on the moving truck and how many stops the driver has to make between origin and destination. If there was to be a delay of a few days in the unloading of my house hold goods, what would happen? Could we arrange to leave it on the truck until we were able to deliver? How long could that be an option and what would the cost be?

I will be moving from Coulumbia, MO 65203 to Jacksonville FL 32221 around the last week of July this year. The size of the move will be about 1500lbs, or the size of a studio. About how many days will it take to transport my items to my new location? Also, do prices differ depending on the day of the move? If so, when are they the cheapest?

What is the minimum transit time from Sterling, VA to Escondido, CA? We are planning to drive our car out and wanted to know how much time we had to sightsee along the way. Thanks in advance.

The fastest transit that you would get on a coast to coast move is 5 days. It could take as much as 10 if you have a smaller shipment that would be sharing the moving truck with another customer. It is probably best to call our office to speak to one of our relocation specialists. They would be able to give you a more accurate answer as to transit times.

Do you guarantee either the drop off date for your vans or the date that it will arrive at the new location?
